Exchanges/Returns

We offer a generous ten day return policy.

Please include copy of receipt or proof of purchase.

Returned items must be like new and/or in the same condition (vintage items) that you received it.  Items must also be in the original packaging if applicable.

We will provide a Return Authorization Number to you. 

Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs of returned item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
We will email you once we have received and inspected your returned item.. 

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Item with obvious signs of breakage.
- Any item not in its original condition...damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Shipping and service fees are not refundable  

Damaged in Transit. 

If a box arrives damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to notify both the shipping service and us.  It is imperative to retain the box as it arrived in order to file a claim with the shipper.  Failure to do so will affect processing and the refund itself.

Gifts
Returned gifts receive store credit or will be credited back to the original form of payment..
